Fantastic steak. Cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. Our waitress Kelsey was as good as we have ever had. Our order... was taken quickly our drinks were served quick and never got close to being empty. Wish all service was like this everywhere.Definitely will be back again. Read more
I had one of the best meals at Outback tonight. The food was just delicious. If you haven?t tried the new grilled Brussel... Sprouts omg the are to die for. Tonight the manager came over to check on us a few times her name was Jen if I remembercorrectly. I seen her going to tables greeting them and checking on their food. A lot of times you never hardly see the Manageron duty but with her it was way different. I will be back again and again with a Manager like that. I am not normally one to complain to go out of my way for a bad review. I am a truck driver and travel all lower 48. This is one... of the worst outback experiences I've had. Our server Felicia was friendly, and probably the only positive here. My sirloinsteak was the worst I've had anywhere in a long time, lots of veins, and fat.....which is not what a sirloin is. My fries had aweird ball attached to one (pic). The Coke didn't taste carbonated. The kitchen A/C was broke thus making the restaurant hot.They serve your condiments in small cups so I had to keep asking for more Ketchup for my fries. Would've been easier to give methe bottle like every other restaurant in America. My wife really enjoyed her porterhouse and asparagus with side salad. I willdefinitely come back, but if my experience is bad again, that would be it for me. I would like to see self serve condiments,better cuts of meat, better maintained beverage machines and air conditioners, and a little more attention to detail whenplating my food next time. I am a really easy going person and I understand that sometimes stuff just happens, but this was awhole lot of stuff in one meal. Read more

Not good Dr.Pepper son ordered never came The rib eyes we ordered were flavorless and grissely like mush My wife and son... literally took 1 to bites off a 12oz steak mentioned it to the waitress she had the manager comp 10$ off 44 $ worth of steaks nomanager ever came nothing as a customer I've eaten at Outbacks all over the country and this by far was the worst will never eatat Cape Girardeau MO Outback again. First off food was Delicious ????!! We had bloomin onion, the coconut shrimp and the perfectly grilled salmon. Second and most... important, Cassy our bartender and Noah a server who helped us were AMAZING ????! SERVICE WAS TOTALLY 5 STARS!!! They both wereso genuine and helpful! They worked great as a team!
