I love Rally's I lived across the street from checkers when I lived in Florida. I was ecstatic when they built the one in... Jackson. I swung in to grab me something to eat at the one in Cape, the people in there are rude I told the lady taking my orderthat I told her the wrong thing, she cut me off and very rudely told me she would have my total at the window. ???? Then I pullto the window and again try to tell her I order the wrong thing once again interrupting me cause she couldn't figure out how tochange it. Then I asked her if she could scan my check in from the app. she acted like I ask to borrow her car. I told hernevermind and drove off.. My man ordered us two number 1's like we always do. The lady at the drive thru was rude and rushing us when we pulled up to the... window she told us we ordered two rally burgers. When my man tried to correct her she got snappy and argued, said No you ordereda rally burger. They had only one order, gave a tude when we asked for the rest of our order, still rushing us. The young girlthen called my man names and tossed the rest of the order at him. I'm sad because we actually like Rally's and it's our once aweek date night that we look forward to. Had always gotten a military discount here, never used coupons of any sort. Suddenly however this evening, the manager on shift... said because I'm ordering a combo, the food is already discounted so it's not qualified... because it's a combo meal. Which I'vealways had no issue getting the military discount, so either she's right and they've been doing things wrong the last 2 yearstheir store has been open on this street, plus every other Rally's in the last 10yrs, or she is. When I first pulled up some other customer was acting like a insane person but that didn't stop the staff from being polite and... quick. This place has great fried foods and shakes. The fries are also as good as rumored. Read more

Way better than I expected during Friday night dinner rush. Everything was 100% fresh, fries crispy like they're supposed to be,... we got the Big Buford and the meat was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious, and the wait time was minimal, approx 3 minutes Read more
The only problem I have, is that I order ahead and pick up at the walk-up window and the last few times I've been, my food has... been sitting there bagged up and all the employees just look at me at and tend to the drive thru, which I understand but I'dyou're on you phone in the back and I can clearly see you and you see me and ignore me. Gives me IDC vibes. I've stood there forat least 10 minutes before someone asks what I need. Their food is good but poor customer service. Read more
