Literally the worst tacobell I?ve ever experienced and its not just a one time thing. I tell my boyfriend to never go there and... he decided to tonight. Went to dine in for a fast quick lunch at around 12 pm although this taco bell was at volume this service was insanely slow one... of my friends ordered their food at 12:10 according to their recipts and did not get their food until 1 absolutely ridiculousfor a "fast food" joint. I took a peep at the back and they were some of the most inefficient people i have ever seen at anytaco bell. Thank you for the time and I hope to see this be fixed soon. Read more

Food is hot and good. Statf isn't the nicest. Lady at the window was rude and took forever. She took her time and there is a... reason it's called fast food. My food was at least sitting on the table for 6 minutes and no one bothered to grab it and give itto me. Read more
Sadly, this has got to be one of the worst managed fast food restaurants in Cape Girardeau. It's the closest to where I work... and would be very nice to be able to dine here, but they do everything possible to ensure that they can't serve their customers. Frequently cash only, Frequently broken drive through speaker, Frequently broken ice machine, constantly out of menu items anddrinks. This location need to replace their manager and get this under control. I do not recommend dining here. Read more
