Orders through the app for drive thru pick up at 6:38 pm (a week ago), the motivation said food would be ready at 6:48-6:52pm. I... arrived at 6:45 and knew I was early so I didn't mind waiting. I pulled up to the window and the young man working asked my namefor the order and I told him, he said it would be a moment and closed the window. I waited probably 5 minutes, he opened thewindow again and asked hat the name was, I told him, and he asked what I ordered. (Sandwich meal & wings/things plate.) heapologized and would be another few minutes. It was now 7:00 and I figured eh well things happen. He then asked if I would pullup because it would "be a bit longer", I said okay and moved, and the car behind me pulled up and I figured the same thinghappened to her. It was now 7:15, and the car behind me got her food, and then four other cars followed. I still hadn't gottenmine. Then a young lady comes out with a bag and asks me what I had, I tell her and she said "oh this isn't yours" and goes toanother car. She comes back, asks my name and what I had. I told her, and she said okay and went to go back inside only to findthe doors were locked so she had to get someone to let her in. Two more workers come out and ask me what I had again, at thispoint is was 7:40 and it was well over the hour that I placed my order. I was starting to get visibly frustrated with thesituation and at 7:52 (meanwhile the doors were still locked, and no one was answering the phones) I finally received my food,semi-cold. They apologized again (which it wasn't the young girls fault) but it was a tad ridiculous that a manager couldnt havestepped in, or that none of them could mention what was going on or why on earth I waited an hour and 10 minutes for some food.I was ready to go but I had already paid for it and my boyfriend and I had just gotten off work and were hungry. When I was in Georgia this was the best spot to go if u asked me. Now back in missouri I drive 2 hr to get this chicken and 2... hours back the food is always hot and fresh! We was able to eat inside this time thankfully. Very nice managers who will alwayscheck on how the food is. Wouldn?t recommend to anyone. Drove through there around lunchtime on Wed, August 4th. While placing my order, could hear the... staff inside all laughing and joking around through the speaker. That wasn?t a big deal, until we got to the window and the ladywith the long white fingernails seemed absolutely annoyed we came through the drive thru. She wasn?t pleasant at all. Sourattitude. I get the feeling that this location is having staffing issues. Last time I came, the lobby was closed. I don't think the... restaurant is bad, it's surprisingly clean, and food is fresh. I guess they're struggling like a lot of other businesses thesedays with finding reliable employees. After complaining about only receiving 15 fried pickles chips at the cost of $3.99 I was told it was messed up and then hung up... on by the store manager. I don't recommend this zaxbys to anyone or any zaxby as they get their chicken from pilgrims which isknown publicly to mistreat it's workers and have excessive counts of covid 19. I thought everyone should know this. Ask yourrestaurant where their products come from and then Google those factories and make sure ur not potentially being exposed todangerous situations like the ones mentioned above. The portions are bigger, now their chicken is not Chick-fil-A. But the taste somehow makes me eat there quite often. I love the... sauce. The price can be high but one meal will fill me up. And I like food. A lot. I recommend the food. The service is notusually good. Check your bag before leaving. And make sure that you get toast. They always leave it out. I thought it was pretty good here. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich which isn't too bad. The service was really friendly.
