Great meal at George?s near Acme but they stopped serving the orzo with dinner. Why? Also need Tzatizki sauce with the falafel... appetizer. Too dry without it but very good. Great service. I?ve been coming to George?s Place for years. The food is always good, the staff is always nice and I?ve always left happy.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Reservations are hard to make for an empty restaurant. Allergy?s are not listed on... menu so please be careful. Lamb chops have walnuts in them when it?s not even mentioned on the menu. Will not be returningsolely because of the allergies not being present on the menu. Read more
I love this location of George's! We had an absolutely delicious dinner there recently and the waitstaff were friendly and... accommodating. And they play Greek music, which is just wonderful, since it really makes dinner feel festive. (I felt like Iwas back in the Greek islands!) You can't go wrong here. Authentic Greek food, Byob, cash only and it's worth it. Read more
Great service, great price, great quality... Honestly, the best bargain we had in Cape May in years. They don't take credit... cards, but that's a small inconvenience. Shops that cost a LOT more had worse quality. Thank you so much! Read more
I?ve spent an entire summer in Greece in both Athens and Chios. This food is very authentic and savory. I don?t write reviews... unless the food and service are exceptional. You simply have to try Dinner or any meal here. FYI it is BYOB Read more
The food was fantastic. This was a first visit but it won't be the last visit. Two thumbs up to Liv who worked hard as hostess,... waitress, answering the phone for take out orders and handling the pick up of orders. I applaud her for her hard work all whilemaintaining a smile. Read more
Dinner was amazing! Food is delicious here! I had the Greek salad, paxi tuna and octopus for appetizers. My server (Robin) was... wonderful and hospitable, she recommended the short rib and it was such a great suggestion for my entree! She managed to handlethe whole restaurant on her own and still have incredible service. Will be back because of the experience she gave! Might trybrunch this time. Read more
