Went here on a Saturday night and had so much fun! Live music, great drinks, and awesome food! My Margarita was great. I got... the shrimp burrito bowl and my husband got the Americano beef tacos for dinner. We shared the Nachos Grande which were tasty. The mexican street corn was unfortunately horrible. We ate here on our beach trip. I got the coconut shrimp tacos and it was the best meal I had on the entire trip! Unfortunately,... I decided not to get tequila after being in the extreme heat, but I can't wait to come back another time to try it! Based on other reviews I decided to try out this place! I'll start off with drinks - I ordered the jalapeño margarita. For my... personal preference, it was spicy enough and I didn't really get that kick that I love from ordering these. However, thechipotle salt rim was fantastic. Sipping with the salt gave it the flavor so one you run out it's a little bland. As for food, Igot the beef tacos with a side of cilantro lime rice which was recommended by our waitress. Loved the tacos - found them to beflavorful and well cooked but small. I don't recommend the rice at all. I wish I got 3 tacos instead of doing 2 tacos and aside. The rice didn't not have any fresh ingredients - our waitress even said it's cilantro and lime seasoning. Overall ifyou're looking for a quick bite close to the beach, this is a good spot. Read more
I wish I taken pictures of the inside restaurant! This place is beautiful, plants are visible around the restaurant. Love the... look, the feeling when you come in is relaxing even though it is a busy place. We really enjoy the food here! Although this isnot your typical Mexican restaurant that when you order a plate you will get a generous portion of food. I gave it a 4 becausethe price is elevated, well just like inflation. Fun atmosphere and service with live music and drinks! The peach mango margarita was refreshing and the seafood taco sampler was... delicious. Stopping in was a pleasant surprise and will be a staple on my visits to Cape May!!! Read more
It?s been a LONG time since I loved Mexican food this much! So good we went back a second day to try a few more items. The... tacos are all amazing. If I had to chose a favorite I?d go with the crispy fish tacos but I?d rather have them all! The carneasada taco is like a trip to Mexico as is he street corn, which I could eat all day. Everything is deeply flavorful and wellplated. Service was fast and attentive both days. Great vibes, incredible drinks and tender street tacos. Took advantage of their AYCE taco Monday for $22 per person. One may... choose from Guajillo Pork, Beef, Chicken Tinga, and Carne Asada all served on fresh tortilla. Each protein was prepared justright, so fresh and tender and after 10 tacos mix/match, my tummy was quite content. They also specialize in almost 50different types of tequila and mix drinks. This restaurant was recommended to us and I am so glad we went! The food, atmosphere, drinks and staff were all amazing.... Clarence was our server and he did a phenomenal job. The margaritas were some of the best we've ever had and the live music wason point without being loud and overbearing. We will definitely be back! Read more
