Food is fine but check your bag in the drive thru. There will always be something that is forgotten, whether it's your sauces or... fork/spoon and in my case today, the Mac and cheese I ordered. It has happened, literally, every single time I've gone. Pleasecheck the order is correct before giving it to the person. Read more

This was our first time at this Popeyes and I definitely won't come back. The managers wife was rude, for 11 chicken strips she... told us that she already gave us plenty of sauces which were 3, and they're smaller than McDonald's. The chicken strips werehard and had no taste. My fiance used to manage a Popeyes years ago and when I told him how bad the strips were he said it wasbecause they were old. It was dinner time and the place was empty. That was most likely a red flag. Will not be going back therein the future, very disappointed . Read more

This service is very slow but this place is new so they are still short staffed. The gentleman behind the counter was very... friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and made to order. I will definitely come back. Read more

Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They people are rude and spend more time laughing and joking and... being on the phones then anything else. Stood at the register for 10 min and they just kept looking back and laughing no onewanted to take orders so then I went through the drive through and when I gave them my order they over charged me by more then20 dollars which I have to reorder my whole order two more times for them to get it right. Get to the window and they gave methe wrong food that I didn't even order. They spend so much time laughing and joking and being on their phones that they can'trun a business. They sad part is the one starting all the laughing and joking and being on his phone is the owners sin. WillNEVER EVER come back to this store not even to pick up a door dash for someone since we door dash also. Every person in thereshould be fired they are that bad!!!!!!! Read more

Such friendly employees! Put my order in with the sweet cashier stepped to the side so people behind could order just that fast... a man handed me a bag I said no sir I just ordered lol it was mine! Couldn?t believe how fast! It honestly was the best chickenI ever had! Got the 12 piece family pack half spicy half regular the sides were delicious to. The place is remarkably clean! This was my first time in the new Popeyes and I must say, this place has the fastest and best service. I was there around... lunchtime and they were super busy but they stayed very well organized and I was very impressed with the clean lobby andbathrooms. The chicken I got was hot, fresh, and crispy like it should be. Highly recommended! Read more

This is a new restaurant so there?s still a bit of work getting the kinks worked out with operations, but overall the service... was ?okay?. Placed a mobile order about an hour earlier with a pickup time of 6:45PM. Arrived around 6:40 and saw a line ofabout 20 cars in the drive through, so I went inside. Overheard a gentleman saying, ?They just locked the doors? as I washeading towards the store, and found out yes, they locked the main double doors (with customers inside). The side door wasunlocked and I went in. Shortly after getting in line of about 15 people, another employee taped ?Drive Through Only? on bothdoors. Waited in line for about 10 minutes while occasionally hearing people try to enter (and exit) through the locked doors.Some people that tried to enter went back to the drive through, some still came inside, some just left. After getting to thefront of the line (10 minutes past pickup time), I told them my mobile order and they brought the food and placed it in a bag.They weren?t sure of the sided I ordered, so I told them, and they prepared them as well. They didn?t include the cup, so Iasked them politely and they gave me one. They didn?t include the sauces I ordered, but I didn?t think too much of it since theywere slammed. Onto the food, it was delicious! The blackened chicken was delicious and seasoned well, and the fries and biscuitI were told were tasty as well. My main takeaway is that when the store gets a full staff and all the bugs worked out, pickupvia app will be fast, and there?s not going to be much confusion on drive through/in-store pickups.
