Contrary to its (Italian slang) namesake, Che Palle has a fun atmosphere with good food and service. The salad greens were fresh... (home grown?) and the green chili cheeseburger pizza was tasty with a good crust. Wow-best pizza ever (and I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my lifetime!). We had friends tell us the same thing and that we must go... while we are in town. So glad we did! The restaurant has great decor and our waitress was so sweet! Worth the drive in fromRuidoso for sure!! Read more
We found this quaint cute place near the Smokey the Bear museum. Excellent fresh hot pizza. Friendly service. Cool decor and... great music inside. The signage is kind of hard to find but definitely worth stopping by. Recommended! Read more
Came into town for a softball tournament in Ruidoso in between games I stopped by this restaurant and let me tell you the... experience here is just as good as the food. I had the Meat lovers pizza and I wish my stomach could hold more than the 4 piecesI ate. The waitress was honestly the best I've ever had hands down, she was on top of everything all the while training a girlwho was new. As a first time customer she gave me a cookie that was amazing that the cook makes fresh. If you're in the area Iwould recommend checking this place out even if it's a bit of a drive for you, do yourself a favor and make the drive. I'll becoming back every time I'm in town, hell I'll probably go back tomorrow before I head back home. Read more
The food was pretty good, especially the pizza with white sauce. The patio was enjoyable to sit on. It was nice that they gave... us free cookies at the end of our meal for being first time customers. However, I don’t really recommend going here if youconsider yourself Covid-conscious. The waitress pulled down her mask completely to talk to us and take our order. I overheardher telling other customers that she didn’t care what phone number they put down for contact tracing, that they could put downany random set of numbers. She obviously didn’t care about taking it seriously even though it’s a mandate for restaurants.The waitress did not ask us at all to fill out information for contact tracing. Read more

We went to eat at Che Palle the other day after visiting Lincoln and we were pleasantly surprised! There is a patio, a cozy... indoor dining room, and for those who are not patient while the food cooks, there is a chess board! We had the veggie pizza,which sadly was one of two veggie options, but it was very good! Our friends had the Reuben sandwich, pepperoni pizza and thegumbo and they loved their meal! Our server was also fun and took good care of us. Would definitely recommend! Read more
This place used to have good pizza. Picked one up yesterday (1/2 veggie & 1/2 meat lovers). Got it home and it looked like a... child made it with yellow cheese. Won't be going back!! Very disappointed and there was no one there; so I know it wasn'tbecause they were busy. Owner just doesn't care!! Read more
