I have been to Dave and Buster before and during the pandemic. I will say after the pandemic my experience there is ok. Given... that they are trying their best to make sure all customer are happy. I went there because my daughter after school program hadan event there. It was great timing for us because there weren’t a lot of people there so most kids got to play games as manytimes as the card will allow. The food was good. Except the fries were cold. I can say my children and I had a really good time. The atmosphere was live and the staff showed excellent customer service.... However, the food was horrible. Wings and fries arrived cold. Salmon was good but I returned the meal because the rice was hardand the asparagus was over cooked. The manager was very considerate and helpful when I had to return my first order. I gave itanother try and ordered a salad. Like how do you mess up a salad? The meat was cold but was supposed to be medium rare. Thelettuce tasted like mint. I swear I’m not even exaggerating. I didn’t return the food just paid and left. The officeroutside was eating a salad also. I asked how was his food (I thought he had fries). I lie to you not before I could say anythingabout the food he said , “ I’m eating a salad but the lettuce isn’t right or something.” Smh I hated to waste all thatfood. My kids didn’t want to take their food home either. Please help your staff be successful or hire more cooks orsomething. My family and I really love this place but We will not be ordering or visiting this location anytime soon:( Read more
This is my family's first time at this location and since the pandemic , my first time in years at any Dave & Buster's. My... daughter turned twelve today and was excited to visit this place with her best friends. There is not enough seating, you have toget in where you fit in and mostly stand the entire time. I do that securing our nations capital. Furthermore, I payed $24 forher and her friends to get on a virtual reality simulation game. The game did not work ; it malfunctioned . A refund wasn'tconsidered nor placing any coins on her card. She was so disappointed, she wanted to leave. Lastly , we were going to stillspend more money here and eat , however..there is absolutely nowhere for us to sit. The guests just hog the seating area forhours. It's ridiculous. Read more
Ok so one of the worst dining experiences. First not only was the table dirty but the menu was disgusting. I keep wipes do I... cleaned them both. Second, unfortunately our waiter was new and it showed. We ordered drinks per the norm; it ttook 10 minutesto get. We ordered and while it did not take that long to get our meals we had no utensils. We requested condiments and ittook 30 minutes to get mayonnaise. It took another 20 minutes to get extra mushrooms which was requested at the same time thecondiments were requested. Lastly, the only reason this place received 3 stars is because the manager stepped in, at request ofcourse and made it right. I am so upset I cannot recall her name because she was one of the best managers I have encountered ina very long time. She was a beautiful sister with a bad limp due to her knee. Post pandemic service has been the worst but thismanager has restored my faith in the industry. Read more

I had high hopes! I ride past this Dave & Busters daily and finally decided to stop in and enjoy a quick date by the bar. We... waited for about 30 min before we were able to corner a nice bartender and have him take our order. Due to the wait I wanted toorder food. I requested to put in a food order but no on return to take order. We wait for an hour and top it off they wereunable to prepare drinks with correct mixes due to being out of alcohol..note we arrived by 3:30pm. Overall bartenders arenice but very far and in between. If you are looking to enjoy a drink and meal within and hr DO NOT TRY HERE. Time is preciousand you will waste it here. Read more
