Richie Station Capitol Heights.I ordered 1/2 lbs. Boneless wings as I do every time I come to Ledo's this time the chicken is... too hard, The pretzel was cold but the pizza was fresh and hot. I spoke with Oscar the manager he said the chicken is precookedand all they do is heat it up. He said I couldn't get another order or a refund because I ate some of it which is understandablejust provide the amount that's there and fresh please he said he can't do it, so I took the celery stick to push on the chickenshowing how hard the chicken was only then he offered a slice of cake for compensation I took it only because my daughter wantedit. This is appalling, today we ordered a 250 dollar order from this store. We asked 4 times if they wanted our credit card over the... phone. They said no that we could pay in store. After a few moments they called us back said we could pay over phone. My sistersaid we go pay in store. The store said okay. Then they called back and said they want us to present ID. I'm writing this towarn customers against this store because they Racial profile. No other store ask for ID when paying for pizza. This store is ina primarily black Neighborhood. It's the only store asking for ID. So when my sister got there they would not give her foodbecause she did not have her ID on her. But it was on her phone. Still they refused to take the order. We have a 5 year oldbirthday party and people hungry. They tried to say ID had to be photo copied. This store is horrible and Racial! Boycot thisstore. Read more
We are real pizza lovers marlow heights....yeah! Kingstown... yes! this place....yuk!....tables dirty and you have to order and... pay before you sit down....... interesting! Dining in..... paper plates and plastic forks...... wow! $50 plus for a family of5........I'll stay away from this area for my dinner next time. Read more
Tonight I placed my order to go because I have my family and my little one year son sleeping on my car, my son wake up when I... was waiting for my order so I decided to eating on the store, on my order I included a 2 liter soda, I asked the manager on dutyfor two glasses for water and he told me that he don?t have so I asked for two empty cup to share my 2 liters soda with myfamily and the manager was angry because I?m going to drink my soda with my family and he was rude trying to explain to me thatis a policy that I can?t drink my soda on the store, so I had to pay for two sodas. I love the pizza and this is the best pizzaplace but after this experience I don?t think I will came back to here anymore, your management have to be polite not rude on myopinion, the way to explain to your customer your POLICY ?Not drink two liters soda on the store?
