The female cashier who looks like she's in her 40s or 50s when I got up to the drive-thru she just took my card and didn't say... hello or anything. I wanted to try the delicious French Toast Sticks (as per the commercial on TV). The looks were deceiving. I guess mine were... sitting and waiting for me. I went to drive thru and hurried home to enjoy them. NOT - they were COLD and not good, we're nottalking great - just "good" and they were not. Well, unfortunately, you cannot "try before you buy" so I suggest you that you"at least" try before you leave or "Don't Buy Them" . Read more

This Wendys is great. The food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend the chili. It is delicious. Employees are very... friendly and professional. Stop in and visit them. You will be glad you did and so will your tummy. Great job Wendy's!!! Read more

This used to be my favorite Wendy's in the area but customer service has gone way down at this location. The whole experience... was unsatisfactory. Showing kindness just didnt work. I always say thank you to the staff, no one says thank youback. Thankfully the food was hot, however, my burger was dry. Finally, I will not be visiting this location again fordining-in or drive-through. Not every customer is a jerk, we do appreciate the service workers in all capacities. Please bekind. Whoever is training, use the Chik-fila model, or even the McDonald's model across the street from you (we cant wait untilthey reopen, hopefully with same management) Read more

I HAVE TO ADD SOMETHING TO THIS REVIEW SEEMS LIKE I WALKED IN ON THE WRONG SHIFT THREE TIMES STRAIGHT (SMH), THE MORNING CREW... RUN LIKE CLOCK WORK GET YOU IN AND GET YOU OUT WITHOUT ANY HESITATION ( #everyshiftaintthesame)THIS REVIEW IS THE THIRD TIMESTHE CHARM!!! Evidently not because I'm still greeted with employees without hair nets or gloves.Half the employees look they'vehad more then Dave's famous square burger. Everyone is wearing Crocs and blaming one another for simple mis communication. I'vesat in the same place all three times and it seems like no one has cleaned it up ever. I'm watching another customer find outthat the soft drink machine is empty of almost every type of beverage and yet the madness continues. The floor in some placesfeels like you're walking in a swamp and nothing is done about it. Why does this establishment serve breakfast but no one canenter the establishment until after lunch and yet the madness continues. This is beyond anything I've ever seen sadly this isthe last trip to Wendy's I know my opinion doesn't count or my perception but if you can avoid this place please do it's notanything like a clean, tidy and respectable fast food places is supposed to be. Always a great place for burgers but today I got breakfast... First of all it was after 10 so I was expecting the restaurant to... be ready for ordering I was wrong again the cashier guy was visibly putting on his uniform on the side by the soda machine Ididn't think he was a cashier. There was another worker at the counter but she was organizing ..mind you the counter is filledwith everything that doesn't belong on the counter..so the guy stands in front of the cash register never said good morning ,nocan I take your order nothing.
