I haven't been there in a very long time. The restaurant was filthy! There was only one server which was also in charge of... seating and busing. They need to staff better for the holidays. We waited about 40 min for cold, sub par food. That ended upmaking us feel sick as soon as we got home. The poor server was trying his best, but seriously Chili's....you gotta step it up. Read more
What is wrong with this place? They make you wait forever, get your order wrong even after you tell them your food allergies,... and they charge you wrong too. We've had to get a supervisor over multiple times in a visit before to correct things. Worst ofall THE BATHROOMS. They are the grossest bathrooms in town except for the ones you'd find downtown in the parking garages wherehomeless people sleep. These bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned since 1998. Is everyone here lacking in knowledge ofhow to run a restaurant, or is it that nobody smart would take on this job? Read more
A very welcoming atmosphere and friendly service.
Okay so we ordered the CHIPS trio. Not only did you forget to add CHIPS to my CHIPS trio but you forgot to add any silverware to... a delivery order. And when we called backed to give feedback your staff didn?t even sound apologetic or offer any way to make itright. Plus our food sucked! Corporate will have a fun time hearing about this. Read more
Service is a toss up depending on which server you get. Never horrible just that some are more attentive than others. Especially... since it's never as busy as before. Long run,it's still worth the visit for the price of a sit down meal. Read more
