Extremely disappointed in this restaurant and will not be going back. Today was the 5th time in a row that there has been major... issues. Today the order was submitted online with a pickup time of noon, which was the time the restaurant suggested. Arrived atnoon, nothing is ready. 30 MINUTES LATER the order was finally ready. Luckily we checked the bag because there was no saladdressing and no chips. When asked they said they didn't have any. We had to REQUEST a refund. Once we got back to the office toeat, the burrito bowl was made wrong, the rice has WAY too much cilantro (more than their normal amount). This all followsprevious problems such as food not being ready, a significant amount of items not available, rude staff, quality issues, andmeals that are half the sizes of other meals in the same order. Oh man...this is bad for Chipotle if thier restaurants are run like this one... place was a complete disaster there was one... person behind the counter helping customers the line over 10 people long and the place was such a mess. i usually love chipotle but this specific location is sloppy, i ordered a burrito and it was barely even wrapped.
Ordered online. Arrived to pick up food and found it was closed at 12.10 Sunday lunchtime. I understand you might have staffing... issues but at least turn off your online store and show you're closed online Read more
Totally gross. I ordered pickup, but ended up throwing it out. So nasty. All the trash cans were overflowing as well.

This Is what I ordered on Uber eats :( This is how my bowl was made. Not even filled & still charged full price? Uber driver was... great. Food service could?ve been so much better. Uber eats was unable to make and adjustment or reimburse the money :( I willcontact my credit card company to open a Dispute for the full amount. Simple it is unacceptable. Read more
Every year, as is tradition, I come to this chipotle to see, if in fact, it?s the worst run chipotle on the planet. And year... after year, they never disappoint. It?s dirty, they are always missing half the food, the staff is over worked and unloved, andthey rarely have chips or even queso dip. Congrats owners- you?ve done it.
