Very disappointed. It’s not even close to authentic Japanese ramen. The broth was acceptable, but the pork belly was so hard... to chew and was not marinated so had no flavor. The egg should be soft boiled and marinated, but the one I got was so overcooked and bland, and most unacceptable was they didn’t even cut it into half. The chicken karaage was also bland too, it waseither not marinated or not marinated long enough. Service was good. The lady was really nice and friendly. Read more

Their ramen is not the Japanese style! more like Chinese style ramen, there is a chicken drumstick in the miso ramen! never see... that before! Broth is a little too thin and not tasty enough! Read more

None of these "ramen" and foods on the menu are authentic Japanese "Ramen (????)" at all. The people who runs the place are not... Japanese at all. Accordingly, they misrepresent the authentic Japanese ramen... The soup is also made with something wrong and/or diluted with non Japanese traditional ingredients added in the soup. They just don't taste right at all. People need to beaware that a lot of "Japanese" restaurants in the US are actually NOT authentic Japanese at all. Read more

The food was served hot, freshly prepared and seasoned to perfection. Seaweed salad , curry salmon and white rice.

More like three and 1/2 but has potential. Agree with other comments, and hopefully they are going to switch to a soft cooked... egg as that is sorta a key component. Noodles are quite good though. Many other things on the menu to try, will have to comeback. Read more
