They take forever which is fine, I understand they?re busy. I wanted to get a refund since I had to leave. I placed my order... about 15 minutes before arriving and was there for approximately another 15-20 minutes and they didn?t even start working on myorder. There were a lot of people so I knew they were backed up which was fine, but my issue is that the barista with curlyginger hair was rude about me asking for a refund and refused to give it to me. She claimed it was due to me placing the orderon the app. I had to have another store refund me for an order placed on the app about a week ago due to them not having it.I?ve also gotten refunded in the past when my order has taken too long and I don?t have the time to wait so I k ow it can bedone. I ended up leaving without getting my refund or my drink/food and let them know not to bother making it. Read more
This is our second time dealing with the curly red haired barista who's is pretty rude. My daughter asked for a trenta dragon... fruit drink with no ice, she literally got half a cup full. She paid full price for this drink. The attitude and service I'vealways enjoyed butt recently not so much with this barista. Read more
Well let me tell you I have been working around this Starbucks for a couple of years now and have seen new faces, but I can... definitely tell people that this is my favorite location to come and get my specialty drinks, they are fast and efficient when Ihave an order it?s ready on time. Seemed to be closed for a long time, training new people. Friendly service from staff with the exception of one incident, were... the barrister was upset with someone grabbing a straw from over the counter. Without paying attention it may seem like its thereto grab. She was loud and blunt, and made me feel a little uncomfortable. Overall though still a good morning there. Read more

I used to love this spot because it's the closest to my house, but it's kind of going downhill. They always turn off their... mobile ordering...almost every single day. Since trying other locations, I've also noticed that this location skimps on creamerand whipped cream and things like that pretty often.
