So I went to Casey's in Capron and wanted to get a cup of coffee. I noticed the coffee was empty so I told an employee that it... was empty hoping they would make new coffee like any other Casey's would, instead I was told what I already knew that the coffeewas empty. The employee would not make any new coffee. I would not hire these employees here to run a lemon aid stand. Thecustomer service here stinks. Read more
Employees just stand around talking! Today, I got to hear all about how one employee doesn’t like her mom because of the guy... she has been seeing. The girl sat around for ten minutes talking to her family friend, ignoring me. Then, instead of finallyringing me up, she walked in back to continue telling the pizza cook about her whole life’s drama. Been here a few times. Food is gross and staff are unsanitary. Twice now I have witnessed staff coming out of the restroom... without washing their hands!. First time he didn't even flush, second time he walked right in to the kitchen. I will be avoidingCasey's moving forward. What a shame, they used to be pretty good.. Read more
Just went in to order a pizza. The person making pizzas was a few orders ahead of me. But I got my pizza fast and accurate and... this is the best pizza I have had from here! I do believe his name is Joe. Read more
Just about every morning i go to get coffee and the last few times I've been there the employees are just standing around... talking and no coffee being made... No wonder im seeing so many new faces in there no one wants to work just collect money. I'mstarting to not like this Casey's.. They need better management in Capron, Il. I still like caseys. Extremely friendly people. Kinda have a crush on one of the cashiers so might seem bias…but…(hint tall af) regardless,... that’s irrelevant (not really ????) and me just being an honest idiot.??????????????????? Place is clean, bathrooms areclean, my favorite monster energy drink is almost always on hand, (I get 2 of same one every day) the muffins are fantastic.Especially the blueberry one, they have a slight cinnamon aftertaste and semi crunchy texture on the muffin top ???? andthey’ve never messed up a single order of mine when it comes to pizza orders etc. 12/10 would recommend.
