I am happy to support CW's Custom Smoke as a small business. We drove from Fort Worth to Carbon after hearing about CW's and... seeing their menu and reviews on Facebook. We tried the ribs (wonderful smoke, fall off the bone and tasty), brisket (theperfect Texas treat) and the thick cut pork chop (glad you had this on the menu, smoked and still tender and juicy). We also hadall the sides and banana pudding. I highly recommend the food. I also highly recommend the hospitality. There are few thingslike going into a place that treats you like a valued customer. It is enough to make you want to come back and bring yourfriends, because you instantly know you are among friends when you go into CW's Custom Smoke. I rarely enjoy BBQ but this is one place that I will always choose!! I love everything I eat there! The service is awesome as... well! We are so happy CW's has chosen Carbon, Texas as their home.
