Subway@Carbon Hill "ALWAYS" gets my order right. Employee's are friendly& they usually get our order in about 15 mins...or less.... I get the steak & cheese on parmesan bread heated or the meatball sub????yummy! Thanks Maybre u did good! Read more
I went here with my family and the staff was rude and the price was ridiculous! My husband got a stake melt and they put it on... regular bread and toasted it just like a typical sub but CHARGRD him for it to be toasted, they don't honor any of the subwaycoupons and they put very little meat on the sandwich. I will not be back along with any of my family, they would rather driveout of the way to jasper than go back! Read more
Good evening, The local Subway located in Carbon Hill Al, 35549 hours of operation States they are open until 8pm. I arrived 10... mins until 8pm and they already had the doors locked! I would appreciate it if they was actually open for the hours of operationstates on the door! We do not have many option to eat around this small town so once again, the hours of operation isn'tcorrect! If they are going to close early it needs to be stated on the doors where the hours of operation says! You can not runa successful store when the younger employees do not run it correct! This needs to be addressed by the Manager and RegionalManager! If they can not fix the issue it needs to be exultated up to the district Manager! Once again, this is poor management! Read more
It was very clean. The bathroom was clean. I always like to see a clean public bathroom. To me it says they care and they making... an effort. The girls were nice and helpful in helping me with my order. The food was good. Read more
Aside from their tomatoes tasting a bit watery this subway is very nice. It's always clean, there is usually good music playing,... and the employees are nice and hygienic. To be fair I have eaten Subway while staying in Montreal and the tomatoes still tastedcardboard-y from 1300 miles away ...so it's probably just Subway. ???? Read more
