I was turned on to this place from a local who said they had the best sandwiches, he was right! I was visiting Carbondale for a... week and stopped here several times. The bread is amazing. The bagels are probably the best I've had, the jalapeno cheese andcinnamon raisin were my fav. Sandwich wise I went for the sopris and it was excellent. The bread really makes it and the fruitchutney spread is wonderful. Finally, the granola bar made an excellent dessert. It's moist and flavorful. The two ladiesrunning this place are super sweet and you can tell they really care about the quality of what they produce. Read more

This is a lovely little gem of a place, one of my weekly haunts when I lived in the area. Things sell out quickly, so be sure to... call or order online first thing. Read more

I can't say enough about Fiona and Sophia and their little spot. If you're looking for the fastest spot in town, go to... McDonald's in Glenwood. If you want tasty homemade food and amazing coffee served with a smile, this is the spot for you. I am aregular for those reasons. I think the one star review below was just a misunderstanding, as this is truly a great spot forlocals and visitors alike. Read more

I had a terrible experience. The place is supposed to be some world class bakery - but they told me I could only order the wrap,... not a sandwhich. Then 3 people came after me, ordered sandwhiches, got them. When I asked why I couldn't have a sandwhich (Iassumed they were out before) she told me it would take too long. I asked for my coffee black and it was half empty. I get thefeeling the owner working there didn't want to serve me properly because I wasn't a local, which is funny because she had aBritish accent. You can eat pretty much anywhere in Carbondale and get a better experience. The wrap? It was mediocre. Thecoffee tasted great, but I was given less than half a small cup. Oh I think I figured it out: my car has Texas license plates(although I live in CA) and my friend from here asked if I parked in clear view to the person serving me. I did. Apparentlythat's a thing. This small out-of-the-way sandwich shop is so tasty! Great for grabbing a bite on the way to the lake.
