Clueless staff. 3 people working on a Saturday morning. One at the register evening when no one is ordering. One person making... drinks. And one person handing drinks to customers. They were backed up and the other tow sat around and watched. AND they got abasic order wrong. Not a well trained team. Read more
It seems pretty clear that the people working there are miserable. I?m not sure if it?s a management issue, or lack of training... but it?s a very unpleasant experience from beginning to end. No one actually smiles, or says hello, no matter how polite one canbe as a client there?s no reason reciprocal politeness, They just seem annoyed that you?re there asking for coffee. The woman with the dark brown hair in her early 20s is holding this store together. The blond woman at the register is rude and... messing up orders while brown hair lady is running around and fixing drinks (hot vs cold) left and right.
