Curbside to go.. epic failure. Called in a really basic order that was set for pickup Curbside in 30 minutes. Received... messages asking for location or on my way and check in if which I did both on my way and I'm here. I arrived 7 minutes priorto order ready time. 20 minutes later I had to call to see where my order was. Got home with a mixed up order. Classicburger had bacon, Classic bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, fries limp and cold like they had been sitting for half an hour. The burgers were so dry and hard I almost mistook them for ROCKS! It was like they didn't even try. No plates with the appetize and cheese sticks without cheese. Slopped together burger with the... thickest sliced tomato and onion on it, hard bread sticks and way over cooked fries. I've had better meals from McDonald's. Read more
Our food was good, and the service was decent. But in the time we were there, two other tables had complaints of wrong orders or... food incorrectly prepared. In one case, the manager refused to even come out to speak with them, in the second case, the managerdid come out and actually told them he could not correct it and would not adjust their tab. When traveling for work, Applebee's is a standard that rarely let's me down. This location is no exception. Granted it was a... quiet Tuesday evening but the service was excellent as were the six ounce medium sirloin and grilled Cajun shrimp. Well done! Read more
