The food was so hot and fresh when it came out that we couldn't even touch it for 5 minutes- which is a huge compliment since... many restaurants deliver food to your table only after its been sitting under a heat lamp for 10 minutes. Big portions, fair prices, neat place. I was a bit disappointed with the blandness. They leave different kinds of BBQ sauce on... the table, but that's not "BBQ" in my opinion. Nor were there flavorful rubs. High quality ingredients cooked to perfection -just disappointing for what I was expecting. The sweet corn was delicious but not drained so very watery, the mac and cheesehad bread crumbs (?), and the apple sauce was more of a mash. The chocolate brownie was good but standard fare. It's a littlesad. Maybe the customer base likes the food this way? So close to 5?, but I can't even give it 4 because I left full butdisappointed. Read more

I was in town and had a taste for BBQ, so i thought i would stop here and give it a shot. Walked inside and waited at the front... for 10 minutes. Nobody came to greet me or tell me how to order. Then I walked further into the restaurant towards the bar andwaited there for a few minutes, and still wasn't greeted by any employees, so I was unable to place an order. I was forced toleave and drive to another BBQ restaurant. If you want to be able to actually order BBQ food and be able to eat it, I don'trecommend going here. Read more
Very good. Highly recommend adding a rib to whatever you order for $3, you won't regret it. The Que was solid good, the salad... dressings were righteous, and the ribs were perfect. Read more
I hate hate hate they are taking the catfish off the menu. Terrible corporate decision. But the manager and team there are... great and communicate and take care of there customers, especially the ones like me, that comes as they know, just for the fish. Please keep the delicious Catfish in Southern Illinois corporate, we are in the South Corporate. Everyone has Salmon on theremenu. We're not in Seattle. Catfish & BBQ just go together. Read more
