Not a good experience. The woman greeting and seating people is NOT friendly, had an attitude and never smiled. Our waitress was... very sweet and accommodating though. We got our everything pretzel knots which were great and arrived quick enough. Our foodtook another 20 minutes or more. When we got it, it was almost cold. It was also uncomfortably COLD in the restaurant. It was 30outside and cold air condition blowing through the restaurant. Just an overall unpleasant experience. The Carbondale BWW hasreally gone down in the past year or more. We will go to Marion instead! Read more
We had a terrible waitress who couldn't take time to get all of our orders without trying to hurry us. When we did see her she... was very rude. I ordered a Cobb salad and it came out looking like a side salad. I asked her if I got what I was supposed toget and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to understand that I got what I ordered. She then said it a second time, that Ineeded to understand what she was saying. She also said "what exactly were you expecting "?? I told her that you don't speak topeople like that, especially customers who were being very polite and just asking a question. By then I was mad because of herattitude so I told her to take the salad back and take it off my bill. She lied to the manager about what happened. My husbandpulled him aside and told him the whole story and he said that was definitely not what she told him. Will never go back. I tried Buffalo wild wings due to the hype surrounding the name and i was sadly disappointed to pay so much for unseasoned, non... flavored food. The dipping sauces were up to par but other than that its not worth the money, Respectfully. P.s the eye candy isbetter than the food Read more
We had an awesome time at Bdubs a couple nights ago!I got a 10 piece tradition half desert heat half orange chicken and a... pitcher of bud light, everything was delicious and brought out within a decent time frame. Only complaint was they had the newson a bunch of TVs, this isn't grandma's house????????put something better on.Other than that we had a great time, clean mensbathroom and our booth had been freshly Sanitized aswell upon being seated. We waited almost 25 mins before a waitress acknowledged us and the only reason they did cause we were about to leave. Then when... the waitress came to the table she informed us that another waitress refused our table. Long story short I spoke with themanager and he gave us all our appetizers free but he never truly acknowledged the fact the the waitress refused us service. Andon top of that all of our food came out cold and I only had one and a half burger throw together that I did not eat and everyone in my party complained about their food. I won't be going back. It's still great, but like everything, Covid has slowly taken the value out of this place a bit. Used to have buy one ,get one... free days, then went to buy one get one half price, and to be honest, 3 of us, drinking water, only 12 wings each, no sides, andit was like 50$!! I know there's problems in the food supply.xhain and prices have went up, but like 4 years ago , the same 3guys were paying about 12 a piece, and getting more wings each. It's just kinda sad actually. Not as much of a complaint as itis a let down. First they take my ribs away, that hurt, now it's just almost not worth the 3 bites per wing we get for theprice. Ad parents of two older boys we some times sneak in that fourth meal. Hadbwe realized though that it wass less than an hour... until close we would have went on but the staff seemed happy to and easily able to accommodate us. Both our wingmen are fans ofwings and we had no issues funding something for everyone in the menu. Great service good fun family friendly. Read more
Waited 10 minutes to get seated. We were only ones waiting, place almost empty Then after 30 minutes I went to ask for waitress/... waiter. Ended up our waitress saw is she just ignored us for those 30 minutes as there was only one other table in her areabeing used. I didn't leave tip as she was rude and impatient. Read more
