Food was good. Requested the catfish to be fried hard (well done) and it wasn't. Most of it was well prepared. The service... was great! Very kind and respectful people. Restaurant was clean. Price was high for fast food... they get you on the drinksand add-ons. Read more
Management and staff is amazing. Came in to eat after trick or treating and they gave my child candy. We ordered two kids meals... with one fish and they gave us extra pieces. The only restaurant in Carbondale that if they do make a mistake with anything theyalways make it right. Thank you guys for being great to your customers! Read more

My family (wife and kids) had never eaten at Captain D's. We loved it! The food was great but the staff was even better! Super... friendly, patient with my kids who weren't sure what to order, and very helpful when the order came out with 2 items missing. Ifwe're in the area, we'll definitely go back! Read more
Nice staff. Very good food. Only thing I can complain about was having to ask for drink refills because the lobby machine was... still being cleaned at lunchtime. Probably should have done that earlier. Read more

I went inside to place a take out order and a gentleman was working by himself at the time. He said his coworker was on break.... He was doing great at multitasking and was very nice and mannerly. I requested extra lemon pepper for my fish and extrasauces. I?m eating my meal now and must say, thanks for doing a great job! The food is perfect! Very tasty!!
