I visited Carbondale IL and was excited to see a Fazoli's. The one in Loves Park IL closed decades ago and I thought they had... all closed! Ordered the lasagna and it was delicious ????. Wish they'd come to Marietta or Kennesaw GA. Read more
Great Manager that works here. He was very polite. The food was good. The only reason I am giving 3 stars in the place is... dirty. It needs a huge overhaul. The employees really should be cleaning when not busy. We couldn't get a lid for our drinksbecause they have the lids thrown in an open metal container which also had discarded straw papers in it from customers. Comeon! No way you don't know this. Get a lid holder. The table wasn't clean, and nobody brought around extra garlic bread eventhough I specifically asked an employee. There are areas of improvement and was surprised because the manager with the accentseemed to know his business. Read more

Great place for cheap pastas and Italian fast food fare. I went today with two others and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. We... were served quickly. The food was hot and tasty. The man who took our order was friendly and efficient. We ate in, the tableswere clean and the restaurant was well lit. Pretty impressed this is one of my first times trying this place out.
