I went through the drive-thru on my first visit. Ordering to me a ?newbie? was a bit confusing I managed to order. Looking... ahead of me were about four cars. Always good. Giving a 4 star only because I eat lunch here alot and sometimes it takes more time than my lunch hour... allows. This makes me have to pick another when planning ahead wasn't an option. Read more
Excellent quality and large portions. Not the cheapest place in town, but worth the expense. The side of fruit was small. The... famous sweet tea is meh. But good, filling, and fast gets 5? almost every time. Read more
I've been to McAlister in TN and KY and they were always great. I've been to this location 4 times since moving to the area and... it's awful and gets worse with each visit. I would get the Memphian and all of the meat and cheese has slid off the bread andhardened before I get the sandwich. The dressings are never right and my food is always old. Today I dared to order from themagain since my wife loves the food here but I should've went to Wendy's instead. I ordered a full Italian and I got 1/2 asandwich for $12, I wanted spring mix and all dressings, but there was only meat, cheese and smothered in mustard. No mayo,olive oil or vinaigrette or veggies. 2 solid months of disappointing visits and over $75 spent on terrible food. If you reallywant McAlister gp to another location, this one is an embarrassment to the brand. Read more

Edit: The past two times I have gone to McAlister's, I have gotten a pick 2 with a salad and a sandwich. The sandwich has come... with barely any meat or cheese (as pictured). It is mostly bread. This disappoints me. I have thrown away half of the sandwichbecause it's just bread. I paid almost $10 for this and this is the quality I get?? I think McAlister's is better than Panera.The food is more high quality. I'm not a fan of the baked potatoes here, however. They can be more on the dry side. The tea andlemonade is very good, though. I also love how involved they are with the community. McAlister's is always at every SIUfootball game. Read more
