Pepperoni and pineapple thick crust pizza was OK, not great. Garlic Cheese sticks were really good. Service was good, but when... it was time to pay the bill it was confusing. We had 4 couples and rather than put each on separate tickets they just had us goup to the register and tell them what we had, then on the way out the door we were stopped and told 2 beers and a soda weren'tpaid for. We had all paid for everything we ordered. A different person seemed to ring up each of us and it just seemed likestaff was having trouble keeping everything straight. Pagliai's Pizza catered our retirement lunch for our teachers and staff. The food was on time and hot. Everyone loved the... choices and how the food tasted. We will definitely use Pagliai's Pizza again. Read more
Pizza was hot Waitress never asked us if we wanted a refill or if we needed anything else Nothing special Went a 4 pm ON THE DAY... OF THIS POST. Two other tables had customers AGAIN WAITRESS NEVER ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING OR A REFILL ON OUR DRINKS. LEFTUS OUR TICKET NEVER CAME BACK. KEPT STARING UP AT CASH REGISTER ANOTHER WAITRESS ASKED US IF WE WANTED A BOX FOR OUR LEFT OVERPIZZA. LEFT A SMALL TIP AND LEFT. Read more

Pagliai's pizza is absolutely delicious!! Located in the heart of Carbondale IL. This pizza joint isn't afraid to give great... customer service!! We got salads and 2 different pizzas. First time trying Pagliai's overall great service and the pizza was amazing. Only complaint I have is the chicken wings weren't... good at all. The breading was falling off and just not spicy at all. Read more
I have heard several people say the food here was delicious. I truly enjoyed the food and experience. I ordered a hand tossed... like crust and it was a little thicker than I personally like. Next time I will go thinner. I got all vegetable and it wasDELICIOUS!! Read more
