My brother ordered a pizza from this location at roughly 9:30pm and was told the wait would be around 35 minutes. A delivery man... arrived to our hotel with Another order at 12:30 told him the pizza was still at the restaurant. It never showed. He was nevercalled about his missing order and the restaurant never answered his calls. 1 star is honestly too many for this experience.Everybody out Pizzas this Hut. Read more

I love Pizza Hut! It is so good! They're very quick at making their pizzas. It won't take forever for it to be ready and to pick... up. I'm not familiar with the delivery because delivery usually takes longer. So, the best thing to do is calling your order ororder online, go through the drive up, and you will have your pizza super fast. Read more
The delivery driver was extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I have never dealt with such a rude delivery driver in my... life. Had an amazing pizza last week and was craving another. The internet ordering was down, so I tried to call in an order. Caleb... would not accept the deal listed on the internet because it was "for online orders" and a national promotion, not local. Whenit was pointed out that online ordering was down, I had already attempted this and would like the promotion because their systemwas not working-DEAD AIR. The one pizza would have been more than my 3 item online order. No effort in helping remedy theproblem or help the customer. I said forget it and hung up. Read more
Worst experience ever. Will not go back or order again. Order a pizza that I couldn't customize at all. Pizza also looks dried... out. Wings didn't have any sauce and delivery took 2 hours. Tried to call and kept getting put on hold. Obviously managementdoesn't care about customer service or the experience people get. I dont want a generic reply like you give everyone else. As a delivery person and customer, this is one of the few restaurants in Carbondale that I have come to expect everything to be... correct, timely, and the service to be friendly. Will continue to order from here. Oh, and some of the online carryout dealscan't be beat for value and that is also incredibly important to me. Read more
