The staff was clueless and asked what i ordered 4 times with the reciept right in front of them and only one employee was nice... the rest were really rude tbh! ???? This place is almost always slow. Their credit card reader in the drive thru seems to be down when I come by which is about once... a month. Bring cash to use the drive thru! The food is good enough to come back once in awhile. Read more
If I could give them a zero, I wouldn't. Nobody answered the drive thru speaker, I watched the two cars ahead of me have their... orders filled and leave while I was still waiting at the speaker, so I had to go in. I had to wait for someone to notice me totake my order at the counter. It took longer to get my order than it does to eat the meal. I sat for several minutewaiting,think ing they were cooking it. Then shw walked through and saw me still here and called back to the kitchen again onmy shrimp. Walked through a 3rd time and sees me and tells me 2 minutes. The drive-thru routinely takes over 20 minutes to get through, many of the menu prices have been scribbled out with a marker,... and several times I?ve pulled up to the order mic during business hours to be met with silence. I like Popeye?s in general, andto be fair the food at this location is usually pretty good, but everything else about the experience could be so much better. Read more
I had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes. The server told me that only two people were working. The chicken sandwiches... were greasy and the buns hard. I regret my purchase. However, the server was very pleasant despite the sweat running down herface. Read more
First off their drive through did not except cash but the drive through attendant said that I could pay inside with a card... instead. The man working the register inside was very polite. Asked if I needed sauces for my food and gave me extra napkinssince I was ordering a bunch of food. Overall great experience and would eat here again! Read more

27 min. to get a blackened chicken sandwich combo and shrimp. Gave the NHL the biscuit for a puck. No heat on. Cold dining even... the workers were all wearing coats and jackets. Maintenance on building is shameful. Latch on mens room loose screw missinghandle works one way only lift up. Wall tiles missing in dining room. Ceiling tiles mismatched in dining room and counter.Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a Popeyes chicken ever. Love that chicken from Popeyes, except the carbondale ILlocation. Read more
