Really nice buffet for the price, music wasn't too loud and the staff are kind and helpful. Trish is amazing and really kind... waitress 10/10. But I left out a star because the washrooms need to be fixed up, I've seen gas stations with cleaner washroomswith working toilets. Read more
The first time I ate their the food was good. Lots to choose from. The sushi is simple just the way I like it.. The Hibachi was... fresh and amazing! Second time. The food was awful. I was unable to eat anything from the buffet with the exception of someCalifornia Rolls from the sushi section. The selections you had to choose from were either dry or seasoned poorly. It is what it is. A well run buffet with a wide variety of food. Although a bit bland for my taste. You get what you pay for. If... you want great Chinese food in Carbondale there is are other options. I appreciate having this business. Being able to grab aquick meal with family and friends is a plus. Read more

Food is great, clean, and fresh. What isn't great, clean, or fresh is being accused of being a notorious and common swill no... tipper in front of children over asking for a refill of tea by a waitress who then won't give you a refill even though it's been3 months since you ate at the establishment and you tip every server and you are very very sure they are confused. Very peaceful atmosphere to have a tasty Chinese buffet. They had variety of Chinese food with chicken, pork, beef, noodles, and... fried items. I always love their hibachi and sushi. Seafoods are always fresh and taste great. One star less because their foodwas little oily and salty a bit. Clean environment in the buffet area and great customer service. I wish they keep theirbathrooms clean too, was smelling bad. Great place to try lunch or dinner buffet. Read more
Qin Guan is the local Hotspot in Carbondale for buffet. They have a pretty wide variety of dishes, sushi, seafood, vegetarian,... fried food, and hibachi. The hibachi is definitely my favorite because I can get a fresh meal everytime. Ice cream for the kidsand jasmine tea for the adults. You can even get takeout hibachi for those who are in a hurry. 5 stars all day!!???????????????????? Read more
Great variety of food.. but! When I payed the lady at the counter she took our payment told me to just sign the bottom of the... receipt. As I was putting the total amount and filling the tip in as 0 she kept telling me to only sign the bottom. Like she waspressuring me and had a rude tone. I just ignored her and filled out the receipt like normal. That has got to be the shadiestthing I’ve experienced at a restaurant.
