I just wanted to say, the best executive decision you've made as a company, is hiring a new manager for this Starbucks. My... husband is having back surgery as we speak, but prior to heading to the hospital I wanted to run in and grab the newest additionof Starbucks cups since I won?t be able to get out for awhile. People were friendly but the coffee tasted burnt. I bought a gift card and didn't realize until I was wrapping the gift later... that the receipt they gave me wasn't for the card. I hope it works. This Starbucks location used to be my favorite. The old staff was so nice. The current workers, 2 in particular Cheyenne and... Krista, aren't very nice. Matter of fact, they can be downright rude. You should not be working at a place known to be extremelyfriendly If you are not a friendly person!! When I see that they are working, I just turn around and walk the other way and goto the other Starbucks in town. Read more
