I was very disappointed with the woman supervisor or manager working on Nov 7th, evening. One worker was doing fine near the... window and for some reason headed to counter. This female manager proceeded to use a harsh, nasty tone of voice to criticizethis worker about something. I would say she was yelling in a rude way. She didn't help her solve the problem or encourage herin any way, she just kept walking. The worst part was, she was VERY LOUD in front of many customers as well as employees. It was very uncomfortable. Drive through was a very long wait so I went in. There we're a lot of workers there, maybe some didn'tknow what they we're doing. Much quicker. Decent food. Read more
Store is clean, workers are understaffed, and the drive thru is always busy. It's the typical taco bell food so you know what... you are getting and there are a few mess ups on orders here and there but overall not bad. Read more

My grandson is severely lactose intolerant but loves Taco Bell. We went tonight and ordered the #4 crunch wrap supreme and taco... meal specifying NO CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM as you can see on the attached receipt. Guess what after we got home 20 minutes laterthe meal was loaded with cheese and sour cream... sooo aggravated!!! Please hire some competent staff!! Read more
Having extreme difficulty understanding how the demand for $15/hr is even being considered. You call your customers liars, get... orders wrong, are very disrespectful (especially management), don't offer utensils to eat with, pack orders unacceptably andoffer no apology. If you want to have a successful business, the customer always comes first. Our business with you pays yourwages and very unhappy customers are highly unlikely to return. We all know times are tough but it takes little effort toapologize for small mistakes, correct them in a timely manner, provide a fork to eat with and show workers how to properly packfood. Read more
I just want to say, to all those in the service industry THANK YOU! Since the pandemic everything has changed. I stood in this... loocation waiting for my order to be made and sat on the counter. I watched as the drive thru filled up as well as thecounter for mobile and delivery orders did the same. You all working as fast as you can to provide everyone their order withprecision and quality is an effort that most have never experience in their work life. I appreciate your effort to providemyself and others with the food they crave. It's comfort food for some and late night after the bar food for others, but eitherway I want to say thank you for giving your best effort to make my crunch wrap and all the other menu items. If someonecomplains they have waited to long, just smile and know that for each 1 complaint you have tons more positive gratefulcustomers.
