This experience was horrible. I went with 2 coworkers to get lunch for our office. We had all of our orders ready. We had two so... we wouldn't take up too much time. First they were out of salads, then they had no large cups, and they also had no chili. Afterrealizing we would have to come up with our orders again we asked for a moment to figure out ourselves. Once we got up to thewindow the worker said tuff cookies we don't have no cup carriers. And after that we had to go in because they had messed up ourorder. Once we got our potato and were leaving one worker said she had an attitude. I really wish this experience was better andthe workers were a little more professional. Read more

I went to wendys in Carbondale illimois drive-thru after grocery shopping today knowing I wasn't going to eat it until I got... home mind you I live 25 minutes away. I ordered 3 biggie bags all 3 upgraded 2 to medium and 1 to large. My son eats his frieson the way home because who likes cold fries we were half way home when he realized that all 3 bags had small fries when 2should have medium and 1 being large. I immediately pulled into a parking lot to try to call them but since they didn't give mea receipt even though I paid with a credit card I had looked the number up online. After spending 5 minutes trying to getsomeone to answer I call the Wendys in marion to make sure I was right about my fries being upcharged since I paid for it andthey told me they get alot of complaint calls from the Carbondale wendys... they gave me a different number to try but couldn'tpromise me any kind of justice... I'm now home grocery put away and my kids have eaten their food but I'm so miffed I haven'ttouched mine. I asked for ranch for my nuggets and salt and ketchup packs before they had me pull up for anither 7 minutewait... makes me want to jump back into the car and drive the 25 minutes back so I can complain to a manager but would thattruly do anything but waste my gas.... I had chili cheese fries, spicy nuggets, and a strawberry frosty. I went through the drive-thru. The low stars are not for the... quality of the food. The food was great! But?. That wait time???? was crazy! It took a long time to order, and I did the mobileordering. Thinking mobile ordering would shave some wait time. Nope, there was a disgruntled customer pulled forward. The inside has continously smelt very unpleasant. I would describe it to smelling most like some type of spoiling raw meat or... perhaps dirty mop water. One visit a manager was distressed because of her employees being lazy. So much so she had to verbizeit to me while I was ordering and that was all fine and dandy I've worked FF I know how it goes.. shortly after getting my foodI realized I needed some napkins, so I went back up to the counter because there were none anywhere in the lobby. When I askedthe manager for some she didn't hear me the first time and the second time she replied with >_> were all out of napkins, "I'msorry" I realized she realized I realized that she did hear me the first time and it was kinda awkward that she was bustin downlazy Larry the line guy when she clearly dropped the ball too. Unless youre already having a bad day dont come here because they will ruin your mood. The employees I encountered at this... location were by far some of the worst! I came in to pick up a door dash order and the girl at the counter was being RUDE! Iasked another employee if I could speak to the manager and she said that they were not there so I asked for their name andnumber and then of course all of a sudden the manager IS there ???? when I spoke to her she seemed nice and a pinch passedmiddle age so I didnt want to let my frustration out on her, and said the customer asked for a substitution for their missingitem. I was so thrown off by their attitudes and energy that I didnt even realize they got the order wrong until I got to thecustomers door, I FELT SO BAD!! I dont even order from this wendys for myself anymore because their service is HORRIBLE, and thedoordashes I pick up definitely remind me not to try again. I was reading some other reviews and I saw one thatmentioned them not taking orders because of being in the parking lot smoking and I felt like someone was shooting a movie in myneighborhood LIKE OMG IVE SEEN THAT! ???? Had lunch at Wendy's for the first time in 4 years. Although the people working there were very nice food was horrible, place... was filthy. All workers seemed to be confused. Sorry but would recommend avoiding this place. Read more

Got to be the worst Wendy's ever A few months ago they got my order completely wrong they did not cook the hamburger or chicken... sandwich thoroughly and when calling them on the phone try to see what we can do to resolve this . She was one of the mostrudest persons ever I was called a a slur and said that I should be happy with my order even though it was not what I orderedand the food was not cooked properly I don't appreciate being treated like that I will never return to this location and I won'trecommend anybody else . If the food is not cooked properly and the order is wrong they have to make it right not argue with thecustomer and be completely rude and disgusting towards your customer I was trying to be nice but it's a little tough to be nicewhen you have somebody is yelling at you and calling you names she wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. Ordered taco salad and avocado salad. Not too fresh. Plus the chips for the taco salad expired on July 13 and today?s August 7.... Dave Thomas would be embarrassed. Relatively quick through drive-thru though. Read more
