Just went through the drive through on November 8th 2022 around 4:25 and the gentleman taking orders was very respectful and... well trained to listen! I pulled up he handed me my drinks and I waited.. a few moments later I'm watching this woman throughthe window act bothered to be working with other guest ordering at the counter inside! Shortly after she walks over to thewindow and tells me in a rude way that my order will take about 4 more minutes so I need to pull to the side. She was very rudeand aggressive speaking! After I received my food I asked the employee that brought my food out to me who she was and I was toldthis woman was the manager! What a shame to see the vibe she is giving off to the rest of the team working under her! Ridiculousto say the least! I've been here twice in the last 3 years. First time was fine. Tonight was horrible. I placed an online order and some of it was... missing. The app deleted part of my order which I wasn't aware of. Once I seen what happened I redid the part of the order thatwas deleted. However, the original part of the order was missing a few orders of French fries. One of our happy meals only hadchicken nuggets in the bag. The lady who came to the window definitely had an attitude. Like how dare I come back and complainabout missing fries. She made a comment at one point she didn't have time for this and demanded all of our bags of food back soshe could go through them. There were 3 cars in line and she was acting like there were 100. Our original order was #35. Whenwe went back around and to get things fixed and I placed a new order the new order was #37. After trying to explain to the rudewoman I understood what happened with the app and I redid the whopper order she was even more mad and said we had to pull aroundand wait because "there were 500 people behind us that put their orders in first" and have been waiting. Like I said there were3 cars in line. And we were originally order 35, a truck was in front of us when we pulled around so I assume they were 36 andthe whopper order was 37...... Once we got our whoppers there were literally a good 20 pickles on each one and the buns wereextremely soggy with pickle juice. There were no condiments on them. When I got home and attempted to give my son's their happymeals I seen their nuggets were rock hard. We had a very long day and just wanted to stop and get something hot to eat on ourway home and it was a horrible experience and not much of what we ordered was edible. On top of it we were treated like we werein the wrong for wanting the food we paid for that we didn't get. While the service there was fast and friendly and our order was correct, the food came out barely lukewarm. Nothing is worse... than cold fries. Tables were all dirty and the floor in the back by the drink machine and rear exit were tacky and gross. I'dlove to say that it was because they were short staffed but the dining area was fairly dead (it being us and an older couplethat was there when we arrived) so there was really no excuse for the seating area to be so disgusting. When I lived in thatarea, years back, it was hoppin' and always very clean. It's sad to see it has depleted so much over the years. It's not a lostcause, great location. Food was cold. May have been an off night...the fries were pretty good. But burgers and everything, cold.

BK in Carbondale used to be a great stop. That is not the case now. First of all they took away customer choice. The only place... to buy a meal is at the drive by window. Not good if are not in a car. The sit down part of BK is closed and the door islocked. That means there is no counter service also. BK does not open until 8AM. That is at least an hour too late. If you orderis not correct from the drive window where to you go to get it fixed? Until they remedy these issues we suggest find anotherfast food place. Read more
Burger King in Carbondale was not to bad. Prompt service, adequate seating, and no issues with the food. Not much of a fast food... person, but the kids love it now and then. Tried the Impossible Burger which was not too bad at all! Read more
