This place was a gem! We stopped in for the first time. Food was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and warm! Trivia was... a blast! We are so happy we found this place and will definitely be back. Again, the service is top notch and the owner is superfriendly! I ended up getting the Irish trio which was a special. The shepherds pie is really tasty. Would highly recommend ifyou are looking for authentic Irish food and a great atmosphere. Read more
Excellent place. We just found this place on our drive to Lakewood. The food was amazing. we tried two different flatbreads and... both were great. Wings with hot sauce was awesome as well. My wife enjoyed nice hot Chicken noodle soup Service was amazing,staff was friendly. The chef himself came out to ask about the food. Live entertainment and fun place. Read more
This place is fantastic! The owners are so welcoming and treat you like old friends. They have created a fabulous place to... eat, drink and have fun. The food is delicious. Anything with the house made Irish cheese sauce is a MUST, BUT save room forthe homemade desserts! Plenty of cold beer on tap and not overpriced. The staff are all so friendly! The bathrooms areclean AND they stock the ladies room with items you might have a need for in a pinch- which is a detail I think should beapplauded. Read more

Our first time at Chip & Stone. Great Irish Pub, in Carbondale, PA. Started with the Turkey Balls, a good appetizer. I had one... of the stuffed burgers with the a side of Irish Mac & cheese. Wow! My complements to the chef. My wife had one of the chickendishes with grilled asparagus. Delicious. Topped it all off with the Irish Poke cake, yum. Great friendly staff. I had the delicious Shepherd's Pie Pierogi. And my friend had the Irish Mac and Cheese. She said it was the best she ever had.... And I can't say enough about the peanut butter pie. ???? The service was great and the waitresses, owners and the chef are verywarm and welcoming. And Trivia Night was loads of fun. Read more
