As im Standing inside of this place i see it nicely renovated but i see trash on the floors, the sugar bin is completely empty... (6 employees are present) i ordered a jelly doughnut that was stale and the coffee tasted a bit watery , almost like they didn'treplace with fresh grounds and stretched it to be lasy? Love when your about to leave drivethru and you use your manners and say thank you have a good day and the young boy always says... "yup". Talk about not having common courtesy and reciprocating back to your PAYING customers with "thank you, you as well orthank you for your business ". They already mess enough stuff up but come on would it kill you to have some proper manners!? Read more
Jess is by far the worst employee hands down. Not only does she lack communication and people skills but she doesn?t come to... work presentable. Looks like she just rolled out of bed and her uniform is disgustingly dirty. I didn?t want her to make mycoffee but everyone else was actually doing their job. She was extremely rude and she made my coffee wrong. I?ve worked atDunkin before it?s was one of my first jobs out of high school you literally only need to know how to count to 10 to work thereand a medium coffee with cream and sugar is the standard way to make it guess she missed training. With that being said, all ofthat is completely unexceptable. How she got in the door there is beyond me but she makes the owner and the team look bad as awhole. It?s a disgrace and I?m sorry for anyone who was served by her before me but I can guarantee they had a similarexperience. Read more

We went thru the drive thru and we?re rushed thru, our coffee was absolutely awful so I went in and asked them to remake them... and the staff was extremely stand offish and rude! No one said one word to me they just took the cups dumped them and remadethem. They were still absolutely disgusting, and my cousin and I get completely different coffees and they tasted exactly thesame. Like water with a hint of burnt coffee. It?s very rare that I enjoy my coffee from the Carbondale location and most of thestaff makes me feel like a burden. Read more
The DD in Carbondale pa has no customer service .. had coffee and it?s more creamer than coffee.. I am not happy with my order.
