When people wait an hour and a half for food, it shouldnt show up almost cold and taste like its been under a heat lamp for an... hour. When people call respectfully to question the food they paid money for dont be rude, thats just poor ethic. Dont assumeeveryone knows your menu by heart either. When you dont ask people if they want the normal toppings on a sub, because your placeneeds the extra .20 cents, then how are they supposed to know they dont come on it already? Read more
