One of the slowest fast food places around. Drive through takes forever. They have two lanes for drive through but only one is... open. Iced tea prices used to be $.99 and now they are $1.39. a .40 cent increase is crazy and the iced tea is always cloudy. May not be coming back. Read more
Cold Fries abs every sandwich made wrong. Nobody else was in the parking lot or drive thru and they messed up our whole order.
Should probably refresh their staffs knowledge of the menu. I've ordered a caramel mocha and have been given a regular caramel... coffee about 5 times now and they dont even know it's wrong when i try to tell them that. Also saw one of the staff throw a fitafter I told him it isn't what I ordered, then was given the exact same thing again by a different worker and she had 0knowledge of what I was even trying to order. On top of that my sandwich was wrong and they tried sending me off without mysecond drink. I hate writing reviews but this place is so awful and rude and they have no idea what's even happening most of thetime. Read more
Can't take your order correctly, had to correct them multiple times. Couldn't get me a receipt to make sure out order was... correct. Food was cold, fries and chicken were stale. Read more
If you want to go inside for a restroom break or stretch your legs, don?t bother. THE DINING ROOM is NEVER OPEN Go another 8m... south and there is a McDonald?s and a Wendy?s that i always stop at for food on the drive between detroit and Columbus. Theirdining room is always open! I pulled up through the drive thru and the line was backed all the way around the building, there were 3 cars parked in numbered... spots waiting for their food and the employees were blaring explicit music and texting on their phones. My order was wrong and Ihad to drive back around and wait because the lobby was closed. To further delay the flow of traffic; two managers were talkingand playing with a dog in the car which was in the drive thru lane out of the drive thru window in front of me.I asked to havemy food re-place and my milk shake that was also melted. I waited a total of 22 minutes for the mistake to be corrected. I wastold the replaced food was freshly made and it was clearly not, it was room temperature by the time I got it. The people that work here are not friendly. The lady literally shoved the bag in my hand and didnt say anything I had to ask if... that was everything and with an attitude she goes YEAH! So of course I responded with ok cool yeah you have a good day too! Ihate going to this McDonald's I would rather drive 15 mins down the road and go to upper or findlay locations. Read more
