Everything was amazing! Food and especially the service! There were games to play while we waited for our food and everything... was made to order and very fresh and hot. The sauces were a great compliment to the empanadas. I tried the beef, pulled pork,and Buffalo chicken. I think the beef was my favorite. My friend tried the beef, chicken, and Buffalo chicken and loved theclassics the most. Also the smoothies were very fresh and the owner was nice enough to give us the extra that was made. The food is so tasty and fresh. I would highly recommend the Hawaiian empanada and the cheese empanada. But all the empanadas... are amazing. The burger is so tasty and the fries are beyond amazing. From the minute I entered through the door I felt invited. The owner I believe was very friendly and welcoming. He could tell by... the way I was looking around that it was my first time there. I ended up ordering 3 empanadas and I have to say, they all weresooooooooo good. Perfectly cooked with the right amount of ingredients. The Buffalo turned out to be my favorite and I ended upgetting another before leaving. If you ever in the neighborhood I highly recommend stopping by. Oh I forget to mention. I found this cute little gem last second and I just had to go try them out! Doce?s cool couches and coffee tables gave the place... a warm, cozy feel with board games and UNO cards on the tables. My husband and I had an awesome experience at Doce! Owners Erika and Fernando were so welcoming and made our first time here... very memorable! The food was all delicious and the coffee gave me the caffeine jolt I needed. We tried: -the choripan(Argentinian sausage with chimichurri on a soft baguette) -beef empanada -shrimp empanada -bbq pork empanada -Taste of Heavenpastry (dulce de leche) Everything had so much incredible flavor and was prepared fresh to order. The chimichurri and pinksauces on the side added just the burst flavor needed to compliment the empanadas. The coffee was excellent, as well. Weenjoyed everything so much we got 6 empanadas to go (they even give you directions on how to warm them up at home). I had a super nice experience here. The owners are very accommodating and were quick to remake a latte for me when I felt it... tasted a little off. Empanadas were great, and affordable! My favorite was the spinach feta. The ambience inside inside was niceand its a great place to get some work done and have a snack. Definitely will be coming back! Read more
