If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually visit the jersey mikes on Hempstead turnpike but today I had a defensive driving... class near carle place so I decided to visit the nearby jersey mikes. Horrible customer service the store had 4 employees andonly 1 was actually making a sandwich when I arrived. A few minutes later I was finally helped by an employee. I ordered the #7as I usually do but this time they hardly put any Turkey on the sandwich. I asked can you put more Turkey on the sandwichbecause there was hardly any on there, I did not get a response from the young lady making my sandwich nor a response from thenext young lady who she passed my sandwich along to. Even a gesture to ask me if I wanted to pay for extra Turkey, that didn?thappen as well. All in all i love jersey mikes sandwiches but I would never visit this location ever again due to the horriblecustomer service I received. Read more
Ordered chicken Philly and was so salty we threw it out. Chicken bacon ranch sandwich was not edible also thrown out. Don?t even... know what kind of chicken was on it??? Read more
I would definitely recommend trying another location. This was by far the top 5 worst customer service ever. The employees... barely spoke to me and of course got my orders wrong. It's like I was begging them to take my order. If I didn't have timerestraints I would have walked out. While I enjoy Jersey Mike's this location will not have to worry about me stopping in again.If I could give them less than 1 star........ Read more
i?ve ordered online for pickup a few times and it?s always ready on time, packed with exactly what i ordered. napkins too. easy... in and out! store is clean and the food is always good. a bit expensive but you get a good amount for what you order. only issuesometimes the soda is warm. yuck! not a big deal though, very good place. Absolutely ridiculous. I waited on line (the first in line) while they made the Uber orders (no problem) the lady asked me what... I want I said a number 14. She then asks the lady behind me what she?d like and wrote it down. She puts her sandwich and meattogether and puts her in FRONT of me. I asked her why is she going in front of me and she said ?oh I forgot you were standingthere? so 7 min of waiting and then to be disrespected. Left out with no sandwich. Read more
Not bad, not great- more good than bad. The picture is a $8 regular size cheesesteak. Not a lot of meat, at all, but tasty. We... got two of these, and one Giant Italian Special. The Giants are huge, easily feed two people, but it is the typical corporatestyle cold cuts. Both subs were tasty. As far as staff, because I see some people mentioned that, the tall guy working theregister was very helpful, taking orders, making the cold sub, ringing us up. Other staff seems to do as they are asked, but noreal initiative and may prefer to chat amongst themselves. Place could use a good sweeping and someone cleaning off the fewsmall tables inside. Payed over 8 dollars plus tax for a tub? Could have went to grocery store and made this myself very disappointed for a first... time customer there. Stick to the subs apparently. Could have at least filled it up instead of literally it being less than halfway. Read more
Very disappointed you guys have lost a good customer!! Ordered a Giant size sandwich few bags of chip a few sodas and went to... pay!! All I had were $100 and $50 dollar bills was told can?t take anything other than $20!! And they let me walk out emptyhanded!! Never again will I be back there! I?m in the restaurant business I have never heard something so ridiculous!! 7/11right down the block had no problem breaking my $50!!
