I had a horrible experience not with the food or atmosphere but with the waitress.First off instead of writing things down to... ensure its accuracy she tried to memorize everything and ended up forgetting meaningful things such as water extra dressing sourcream ,lemons etc which we specifically told her we needed from the start.then when she forgot things it took long to get themto us.We took to go food home and she got the order messed up and forget French fries and other things we specificallyrequested. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE GOOD SERVICE.I was very annoyed and still was nice enough to give a tip but it's fair tosay next time I want my food order hand written and I'm not leaving a tip ever again for poor service..The food was okay and Iloved my drink and the wait wasn't to bad but I wasn't satisfied and I won't be back for a while. Jerry was amazing! I left a review at the restaurant but I wanted to make sure he got his recognition because he made my little... brothers night so special! He welcomed us to a table when the other server they were trying to seat us at did not. We celebratedhis birthday and he bought him ice cream with the cutest candle. Though it was a little busy and hectic he maintained hiscomposure Jerry always came to our table prepared. He gave us to go boxes before we had even asked and we we’re definitely“amazed” this is the first time a server had done this. This really showed us that he was thinking of our needs. Will weback! We came here one day on an afternoon during the weekend for lunch and it was nice that the place wasn't as busy. We were seated... quickly and the staff was friendly. Our food was delicious, but the reason for the 4-star was because I had ordered a PinaColada non-alcoholic and when it arrived I went to take a sip and there was alcohol in it. Our waiter did nicely take the drinkback and instead I ordered a soda, but another reason for the 4 star was our waiter took such a long time to provide us with ourcheck. Read more
They don't serve as much food as they use to, for the same or more money. Food was average, service subpar, our fruity drink was... not decorated, looked like the waitress was forced to work, as she did not looked like she wanted to be there. She only perkedup at the end of the meal when she saw the tip, which she probably wasn't expecting. It is what it is, for a quick meal withfriends or family, I guess it's one of those restaurants you chose. Read more
The complementary cheddar bay biscuits are the star of the show. I cannot get enough of them - and good thing - they are... unlimited! Very pleased to say that the newly introduced burgers are actually really good. I tried both the Nashville HotChicken and the fried fish. Soft brioche bun was fluffy and held everything together well. Condiments minimal but well chosen.Sauces delicious. As to sides, I quite liked my garden salad with honey mustard sauce and mashed potatoes were also quitetasty. This location is convenient near lots of shopping and Roosevelt field mall. Our waiter, Henry, was very good and attentive. The food was delicious and they offer wonderful deals. Wednesday was the lobster... and steak special for $20.99. They also have the 3 from the sea special which is soup or salad, one appetizer, and one entreefor $15.99. I also had TMobile Tuesdays special offer for a free appetizer. One of the best Red Lobster locations I have been to. We went on Christmas Eve, it was not crowded at all and we were seated as... soon as we walked in. The waiter was very kids friendly and efficient. The lobsters were fresh and cooked well. My kids lovedthe shrimp linguini a lot. The rice that came along with the orders were a bit too hard for me. It would be better if the ricecould be softer. Overall it was a pleasure having dinner there on Christmas Eve. Read more
