Do not order online for pick up. I have ordered online 3 different times and everytime they can not read the instructions and... leave my sub untoasted. If you order a pizza sub this is very disappointing considering the only option is toasted and it seemslike common sense. Employees are slow. The food has nats flying around the food. They do not wipe counters down after each use. Try to charge you... twice after you pay. Cookies are old. Prices are ridiculous. Read more
I went there last night with my boyfriend and the little girl who works there was just plain out rude to me but super nice to my... boyfriend.. I never did anything to her or even know her. I went there a few times before that alone and she was plain out rudeto me every single time. Then the older guy who works the gas station part constantly stares at you and is also rude and doesn?teven wear a mask.. Don?t order bottled drinks for express pickup / online orders, this location does not have them. If you ask for the bottled... drink you purchased, they will direct you to the gas station to buy another drink. My order was on time and right other than thedrink. Also if you order online don?t wait in the express pickup line like the sign suggest, they will have your order on a rackto the far left. It looks like you shouldn?t be back there, but it?s ok. ???? Thursday evening we made a online order. 25$ worth of food. For my daughter, husband and daughter friend. Paid for it. Went to... pick up and my daughter was told they ran out of bread and were closing early. So to go online and cancel your order. Aftergoing back online there is NO WAY to cancel a order. So I called the store to tell her that. Her response was ?Sorry?. Call inthe morning and talk to a manger. I tried calling three times in the morning to talk with a manager to get a refund or myorder, no answer. I called there again after work. A extremely rude worker told me to call Monday when a manger is in. Stillno one has offered any way to make this right!!! This place is extremely unprofessional and at this point thieves! Doesn't matter which employee is working that day Subs are always good. Gas station employees are nice and do good job also. We... have to keep cans of Mt Dew and smores pop tarts stocked though lol. Read more
