This McDonald's outlet is very popular in Carleton place, although the small size, people come often for a bite, to get offered... a choice of burgers, famous fries and sweet treats. We can never forget about the great Mc Café coffee. Looks and grown ups cannever have enough. I highly recommend Mc Donald's. Kudos to all the hardworking team members there. Was in the line for the drive through at 11:45pm when I got to the intercom at 11:55pm I get an automated message saying please... come back during operating hours. This is unacceptable considering I was in line before you closed as well as at the intercombefore you closed. What makes it even worse is I was literally the last car. I worked in the restaurant business for 8 years andwould never do this. Totally unacceptable and inconsiderate. I work nights and have very little options to grab a quick bite inCarleton place before work. Food is great one day and not so great other days. Maybe learn how to treat customers, when you close your dining area and inside ordering just as people are coming in don't just... point with attitude at the drive threw and maybe explain why. Especially considering the drive threw line wraps around theblock. If I hired your manager I'd be embarrassed. Read more

Great experience with not only the food product but also the staff. Had the bacon grilled chicken sandwich- amazingly fresh and... tasty. After my visit I would have to say that this was a pretty solid McDonald's food experience. I ordered my food through the kiosk... in store (which is my preferred way of ordering) and got my pick up number. The food took maybe another 5 minutes for me tocollect. A sausage McMuffin, 2 hash browns, 2 coffees and a chicken McMuffin sandwich. All of the food and drink items hadgreat taste. Maybe it was because I was hungry but I am willing to even say it tasted better than the average McDonald'sbreakfast. I know they always use the same products but there was definitely something about the food that stood out. The hotcoffee beverages were made right and tasted good. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. A good McDonald's that I would returnto again if I am in this area. Read more
Normally I just put "it's a franchise" because I expect very little and they're meant to be consistent. But the times I've gone... here the burgers have always been super juicy and way better than what I get at other McD's, also super clean and friendlystaff. I regular diamond in the rough! Read more
Here's the truth about this particular McDonald's... There's a greater than 80% chance they get your order wrong. True story.... Never seen anything like it. Nice folks, standard mcD's items but so many times we just have to go back to fix something, pickupsomething they missed on the order or didn't include. Read more
