Delivered out to Richmond Rd area, took a while but I didn't mind the wait. I just got food that would do well on the... drive. The pizza is still good but everything else has not been a good in a long time. Club sandwich the chicken was so dry it... crumbled wilted lettuce. Ravioli is overcooked and sauce is watery. Cheese is barely melted. They use cooked ham in their subswhich is slimy and gross. The meatball subs use to be good but now the meatballs taste like rubber balls. Hamburgers taste likehockey pucks. I've always had great tasting pizza from Milanos and the staff is friendly. Tonight we ordered a large, thin crust with 3... ingredients - it was warm & delicious. We also ordered a large Caesar salad, the romaine lettuce was fresh & crisp, a verygenerous portion of freshly cooked (real) bacon and the sauce was just right! We'll be back soon! Read more

Pretty good pizza but very slow on the prep side. I think they overstate their ability to prepare and cook pizza. I ordered and... arrived for Pick up atthe designated time and then had to wait while the pizza was made and cooked. They really should tellcustomers that they are busy and that the preparation and cooking will take more time. We all understand. Read more

I feel like a VIP every time I order here. Conversation is engaging and always so positive. The food is consistent, and they are... always very honest. If the delivery driver won?t be able to get to me for 40 minutes they let me know when I order and I candecide to come in and pick up in 20 minutes. Great people running this business! Read more

A few days ago we enjoyed the donair special and two poutines for under $40. The bag was so heavy (compared to Subway etc), and... the food was super tasty. It would have been nice to see the meat get shaved off the spit though (we didn?t see where he pulledit from), that was a little concerning but we didn?t complain. For that reason, for shawarma style food I?d go to LakesideShawarma around the corner however this place still has our kids talking.
