i never have a good experience at this store. between the baristas being rude and snarky or the drinks being absolutely... disgusting. i went there today, waited at the speaker in an empty drive thru for 5 minutes before she rushed my order. thenproceed to get to the window and i told her i have a partner discount, scans the card rolls her eyes and uses the money off mycard without asking first. which idc i was going to use the money anyway but that?s not the point. they made the drink wrong,takes it out of my hands and makes it wrong again. and they still taste gross Read more
I always swing by this location whenever I'm heading up to the cottage. Staff are always friendly. Drive through can be a... little slow at times depending when you go, especially when the cars in front order 10 different things. Read more

On Saturday May 21st during that crazy storm that has taken out power out to most of ottawa and carleton place and surrounding... areas my 16 year niece was driving (just got her G2 license on Monday) was heading home and pulled off the road as the storm washitting and she was scared and ran to this location and asked to seek shelter and the assistant store manager refused to let herin she kept telling him that she just needed to seek shelter ..there were customers in the store and he refused to let her in...REFUSED TO LET A 16 YEAR OLD CHILD SEEK SHELTER DURING A STORM WHERE THEY WARNED PEOPLE TO TAKE SHELTER... Love this spot! They are always so friendly, fast and helpful. My drink has always tasted great! Pretty displays of cups too.
this location is always busy however the staff works fast and efficient to make up for it. Carleton Place needs a 2nd location.
