Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Lesson learned. Twice burned. Worst service ever on two very separate... occasions. First attempt: Pre-order for counter pickup for +$30 of cold improperly made food. Who tf puts relish on a buffalowrap... It was ranch... Clearly. Best part, I waited 20min for a cold buffalo wrap with fracking relish and everything else icecold. Was eventually offered a gift card that didn't exist when I asked for at the restaurant. Second attempt: Waiting over20min past pick-up time of 5:18pm for a "VIP curbside pickup service" that never shows and finally deciding to go in at 5:40pmto be told my order was "just" made so it will be "hot..." only to get home to +$60 of COLD FOOD. I Wish I could give this place 0 stars... firstly the ladies taking out order was very nice, but everything else was a disaster.... The person handling the food was not wearing gloves and his mask was under his nose. He then proceeded to constantly touch hisface and then the food. None of the tables were clean and they had food on them. And the food that we did eat, was burnt, dryand disgusting. My family and I will not be going back here., and we will be reporting this place to the bylaw. Read more
I went to pick up an order I placed on the Harvey's app. I had a coupon code for a $3 burger. The payment didn't go through... because a credit card is required. I was given a free hamburg! I was shocked. Read more

We went in with a two can dine coupon and had the 1/4 chicken dinners... they were great, I had a salad instead of fries... it... was quite fresh, not wilted like many fast food places. We were both quite happy , felt like we were eating like royalty withvery little money. Read more
After taking a couple of years off from visiting this location I decided to go back and try again. All I can say nothing has... changed still had a horrible experience. I ordered my food and after I paid I was told that I would be getting something elseother than what I ordered, why not tell me that you don?t have what I wanted so I could select something else. Then my ordercame and it was missing an item had to wait till another one was made. So I drive home to eat and when I get home to my surpriseI?m missing the dipping sauce so had to drive back to get it. So now my food is cold. Any other Swiss chalet location is greatbut this location in Carleton place is horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Read more
