Terrible service you will wait for half hour at the drive thru
On Tuesday October 18th, 2022 at around 2am and after spending nearly 7 hrs at the local hospital ER, my husband and daughter... stopped in to grab whatever food they could as they missed dinner last night. The employee, I don't know her name but it wasaround 2am so hopefully that helps identify her..... she was so helpful and caring. Made us all sandwiches and drinks while alsotalking and taking the time to see if my daughter was ok after discovering they had just left the hospital! Whoever you are, youare an amazing employee and I hope your manager sees this and gives you the praise you deserve! I will definitely recommendthis Tim Hortons to anyone who asks! Thank you so much!! They do a great job of hiring good people, but the food (other than the donuts) is mediocre.
I ordered on app. Went to pick up in store. At wrong one. Pouring rain. Go to other one. Don't have donuts i ordered. I settled... on 6 muffins instead. The first one had donuts I ordered. They need to rename their stores. One is on Hwy 7 but other onMcNeely. Not first time for this. Get with it Tim Hortons! Read more
