I walked in and they shut it down at lunch! How do you say you're closing at lunch? My experience, is there's never someone... behind the bar working. They're always elsewhere and you have to wait for them to arrive, they're always understaffed and undertrained. This was my last attempt to eat here. Read more

We stopped here on our way to Alabama on 2/14 (Valentine's Day). I didn't get the young ladies name but she was awesome! She... welcomed us and made our sandwiches just perfect! It was late and we didn't know she was about to close up. She didn't tell us(we saw her turn out the lights as we looked around the gas station) but she happily made our last minute orders...I hope Ididn't mess up her Valentine's plans!!! Most places if you go in before closing (not to mention a special day) try to ignore youand pretend they didn't see you...not this girl!!!! Wish I had gotten her name!!! It was horrabile I have worked there I became a manager or shift leader because they have no manager! !..First off the employees... are very rude and not friendly. ..Rat traps everywhere rat poop has been found in the crakers and curtons boxes there is mold inthe ice machine I mean the temps of the food is NEVER correct I mean it's terrabile and I have worked plenty of subways this oneis beyond the nastiest and and on top ik it's failed 5 inspections.. Just ate there, I had to tell the girl how to make my sandwich. When she rang my order up I handed her a coupon and the attitude... started from there. She didn?t know how to take the discount off and got mad at me because I refused to pay full price. The girlworking the counter at the gas station finally came over. I still was overcharged but just wanted to leave. She didn?t say thankyou or have a nice day. Nothing!! Just threw my food on the counter. Extremely rude customer service. Not the nicest people We stopped here really quick to get a sandwich on our way to Dallas and the girls there had an attitude... and asked you what you wanted like we were bothering them. Specially when I couldn't hear what they were asking me over theglass, God forbid I said I didn't hear it and they had to repeated themselves... such a bad impression of this community. Read more
As someone who was trying to make the drive from Dallas to cincinnati in 1 day this place you should avoid. Really slow.. There... were 3 people there. 2 women and 1 guy. The guy seemed a new and kinda didnt want to be there, he at least worked. The two womenthough... if you were blind and deaf you could tell they wanted to be anywhere but there. Extremely rude, unhelpful. There was aline and one women was walking in and our of the back but still in view of the customers. She would help for 15 seconds then notcare anymore. The older lady there presumably the manager but idk just flat out stood there and did nothing to help. Asked forstrip chicken and I got rotisserie chicken. Avoid this place if you are in a rush.
