We were unhappy with our pizza and posted as such in a review. We recieved a response from the store and we called them to... follow up. The owner immediately called us, pulling off the road to do so and offered to take our order for two new pizzas,ensuring that they would be much better and that he has a few new employees that could be the reason for the error. Not sure if they got new owners or what but dang! This used to be my favourite pizza in Waterdown. My boyfriend just brought me... home a pizza, I'm so excited, pick a slice up and it was sooooo thin it drooped right over which was sad because Gino'sWaterdown always had the doughiest cheesiest pizza. Very nice place to order many styles of pizza, tasty and good prices. The staff is usually nice and the service is quite good.
This franchise is the best Gino's pizza in the country as far as I'm concerned. You won't find vegetables and meat on your... pizza as fresh as this place provides it. Read more
