Their cheese sticks were good but their burgers were very greasy. Not the tasty greasy that runs down your arm, I am talking... about like how bacon greasy gets after cooling down. The bar tenders attitude was not all that great. Maybe I caught it on a badnight. Read more
Terrible food and terrible service, even though there were very few customers... on a Saturday evening. I definitely recommend... Applebee's, just down the road from Chili's. They have friendly, attentive servers and good food. Chili's, in Carlisle Pa., is awaste of your money. Read more
This was the first time I went to Chili's in years and after this meal it will be several more years before I return, if I... return. The server was quite rude and rushing us. The chili was not good at all and when I told the waitress she laughed atme. The chili was cold, dry and the flavor was like eating a spoonful of cumin. The Cajun shrimp pasta did not even get closeto tasting like Cajun shrimp and the pasta was undercooked for sure. They put way to much seasoning not only on the shrimp butsprinkle the uncooked seasoning all over the pasta, way over powering for the dish. All I could taste was the Cajun seasoning. Service is slipping here. Used to be better than it is now. Maybe newer staff or management but hopefully it improves. Not... improved and has only gotten worse. Tonight was my last meal here. Forgotten side and a burned burger that was ordered rare. Notsure what the issue is as other chili?s have no problems. Read more
Potato soup was excellent. Had chicken quesadillas they were great. Service was fantastic.
